Despite its name, this subdivision is actually quite a large community that is set amongst rolling hills. Brick, stone, and vinyl siding all adorn the exteriors of these homes. A majority of the homes have one and two-car garages, some of which are detached from the house. The homes tend to be larger near the rear of the community and as a result have larger lots. Price ranges vary greatly in this neighborhood. Wonderful family neighborhood with great streets for walking and bike riding. It’s a favorite neighborhood!
